The Lutheran Church has been known as the “singing church” since its founding in the 1500’s as Martin Luther believed strongly in the congregation participating in the worship of our Lord through the use of song during worship services. Cedar Crest continues to carry on this tradition and includes multiple hymns or songs in each of its worship services. We utilize the Lutheran Service Book, the hymnal of the Lutheran Church – Missouri Synod, in most of our services and employ a variety of Praise songs during our Contemporary Worship which occurs on the Second Sunday of each month.
Cedar Crest also is blessed to have a small choir to enhance our services which sings at many of our worship services. Please come and sing with us as we worship the one and only God, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit at each of our worship services.
Join us for our Mid-Week Lenten Services as we explore the 7 Sayings of Christ on the Cross.
Sundays mornings at 9:00 a.m. prior to worship.
This event automatically recurs every week so you don’t have to re-enter it over and over.
